Drive Bender is able to do this with internal and USB (or any externally) connected hard drives, of any size. A major beta release update for the add-in has just been released. According to the developer, this release offers a major increase in performance alongside stability updates.

Add-in Update: Windows Home Server Download Manager 3.2.9
