A while back, I bought a Chinese not-well-built 7" Android tablet (for $100) just to try it out. The 7" form factor was very much to my liking-- I find it much more useful than the IPad form factor. The 7" is: more easily mobile, good for reading in bed, used it with RemoteDroid app to control my home theater. So I was waiting with much anticipation for a "real" 7" tablet to come out, i.e the Galaxy Tab. From the looks of the demo videos I saw today, there is much to like. But alas, I feel like the person in the first post: if it has to be tied to a phone provider, I doubt if I'd get it. And missing a USB port (to hook to other things, like my cell phone for tethering on a as-needed basis) is not a good sign for the Tab.

I hope they have a better system for the cable routing holes in this case. My FD Define R3 has useless soft rubber grommets that fall out if I look at the cables let alone touch them. And with all those drives...cable management on the side panel is really bad. Hard to get the side panel on even if you are a neat freak with your cables. I thought the same way as everyone here about the case... in pictures it looks great. But all is not as it seems. The case looks great, don't get me wrong but functionality is just not there. I will say this...with maxed out fan installation...my WHS HDD temps are very very good.

E for effort...

I did take a look at it and personally I think it's crap :)

Orb is still the best way to go on WHS, especially for streaming stuff.

I have this same issue with one of the server I service. I released the domain name and not I can not get it to renew with any live ID. My one one was

Live ID = DrJEnterprises@gmail.com
Domain = <a href="http://www.BWGardens-29.homeserver.com" rel="nofollow">www.BWGardens-29.homeserver.com</a>

I would like to reassign the domain to another Live ID though BWGardens29@gmail.com

Not getting anywhere doing that though.

I'm thinking that a 7" screen device like this would be just perfect for car use... great for navigation, great as a phone, media player, and not so big that you would not know how/where to install it. If the screen was bigger you wouldn't even bring it with you.

Hey Jack Donkey, maybe you should have GONE with a better media player, or attended high school longer, I'm not sure which.
I also have the the WD Live and love it, but am disappointed that I can't just get a firmware upgrade to enable the streaming without a computer. But as a developer, i understand why they were not able to do that and I don't think they are liars and cheats.
