Terms and Conditions

1. The Add-in Alert service entitles you to 12 months of updates regarding one or more add-ins or categories of add-ins that you select when subscribing.
2. When you sign up for Add-in Alerts, you will be sent an initial email to confirm your subscription. A link in the confirmation email will send you to PayPal to set up a recurring annual payment. Once payment has been made your subscription will start. No other payment types will be accepted.
3. Once payment has been made, your subscription will last for 12 months until the anniversary of your payment. At this time, an automatic renewal payment may be requested (in which cause your subscription will automatically continue), or your subscription will cease and a payment will be requested.
4. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, but no refund can be given for any remaining time until the end of the subscription period.
5. Should you wish to change your subscription type for another of equal cost, please contact us.
6. If email updates we send to you are returned undelivered more than three times, your subscription will automatically be frozen, and no more emails will be sent. Please contact us to re-enable your subscription.
7. You are allowed to subscribe to multiple add-in updates should you wish.
8. We Got Served does not make any guarantees regarding new releases and updates to existing add-ins. New releases of add-ins are at the discretion of their respective developers and We Got Served has no control over how often an add-in will be updated. No refunds can be given for subscriptions to add-ins that are no longer updated by their developers.
9. We Got Served does not provide support for third-party add-ins and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of information provided by developers to us and passed on to you, or the security and quality of add-ins installed. We will make best efforts to ensure the information provided to us by developers is accurate. Please contact the developer in question for support should an issue arise.
