Introduction
Shortly after the iPad arrived on the scene, external keyboards designed to make typing easier arrived also. One of those keyboards, the AZiO KB333BM, was the subject of a WGS review early last year. This keyboard looked a lot like a Mac keyboard and could pair with a Mac, iPad, or iPhone. It worked quite well, although in retrospect it was a probably a bit large to find room for it in that carry-on case.
Even Apple acknowledged that there was room for improvement when they devised an enhanced thumb-texting keyboard in iOS 5 for the iPad in an effort to increase the amount viewable screen when using a virtual keyboard.
Fast forward one year from the KB333BM review and AZiO is back with a smaller version of the KB333BM in the form of the KB334B.
Not only is it smaller (about 3/4 the width of the KB333BM), it is more than just “i” ready. It can pair not only with a Mac, iPad, or iPhone, it can also also pair with an iPod Touch, PlayStation 3, Android 3.0 devices, and Bluetooth enabled Windows computers.
Furthermore, it can store up to six profiles for fast and easy switching between devices. Does the sound like your kind of keyboard? If so, read on.
