Tranquil PC have announced that their series of Riley Windows Home Server 2011 units are now available to pre-order from the company’s website.
As previously discussed, Tranquil PC have taken the interesting step of breaking out separate processor and storage expansion hardware for the Riley model, leading to a variety of configuration options on offer. The CP10 is Tranquil’s entry level processor unit, starting at £419 (inc VAT) for a 2GB, diskless Intel Atom D525 based server, going up to £659 for a 4GB Core i5 server.
Four supporting storage units have been announced, starting with a diskless product at £379 (inc VAT) up to an 8 TB unit at £1,139.
Tranquil PC are offering £99 + VAT off the purchase price of a Riley Server, with the coupon code N114R5Y0UPZ. The products are set to ship from December 15th.
