HDHomeRun Prime: Now Available for Pre-order

This may not mean much outside the US, but SiliconDust has announced that their long awaited CableCard tuners are *finally* available for pre-order at Newegg.

The 3-tuner HDHomeRun Prime is going for $250 while the 6-tuner version (available next week) is going for $499.  If you need is to view and record all the content that comes in from your cable provider, here is your chance to do so.  Expected shipping date is June 29th.

      But you enjoy the Ceton now and get the Prime later in the year when the price is hopefully a bit cheaper.

    The second this works with SageTV I’ll be buying either the 3 or 6 tuner model! Death to the bug ridden Hauppauge HD-PVR!
