I did sign up for Keepvault but I subscribed to the simple version due to unclear information on their site. I've tried to contact them to unsubscribe or upgrade and I get not response at all. Give's me a lot of confidence about a company that secures your data :-( .Terrible experience!!

I've been a subscriber to the keepvault service for over a year. I highly recommend it. I've never had any problems with the service. When I upgraded from WHS1 to WHS 2011, keepvault support was very prompt and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. A must have imo
