Last week, HP announced the new ProLiant MicroServer, a small footprint, AMD-powered server for small business which we reckon is going to be a great little box for running Windows Server Aurora. As part of the company’s Coffee Coaching series, HP have published a series of interviews with consultants, business owners and resellers with hands on experience of the new server.
We’re waiting for the first units to hit the UK in a few weeks time, at which point we’ll be able to give you the WGS view on the MicroServer. On paper, it looks great, but make sure you look closely at the base specifications as it’ll be worth your while upgrading the RAM and storage available.
