It may be early days in the Vail Preview, but four celebrated add-in developers have already started work porting their add-ins over to the new platform. As outlined in our Vail Add-ins and SDK Deep Dive, WHS v1 add-ins are not compatible with Vail, and therefore we’ll be starting again with a clean slate – which, given the variable quality of the add-ins developed over the last three years, is no bad thing.
