I also would not entertain buying from them again after the poor service I received playing tag for over a month with their support team. Their hardware (apart from PSU) seeems on the money, and Lord knows we need a few more UK-based providers. Unfortunately if you are going to position a company as medium/high-end then you need to provide commensurate support. Really seems a shame. I bought an AVA media server from them last summer and I am appaled at their poor service. I would not purchase from them again because of this. If you are thinking of buying their product spend some time reviewing their support by asking a few questions before you commit and see what sort of response you get. It tends to take about 3 or 4 weeks to get an initial answer from them followed by email ping pong that drags on interminably without seeming to get near a resolution. And on their 'live' chat you can wait for over an hour to get a response. Try before you buy. I have to comment on the support from Tranquil.
