I received the version FSP:550001135 when I first tried to do a recovery and the original version required a user to have an FSC computer, as stated above. The guy I have contact with now tells me that I already received a recover disk, meaning the FSP:550001135, and refuses to send me a new FSP:550001190 one. And he does NOT care what it says on their web-site. Fujitsu Germany is NOT shipping the new disk to me.

That being said, this isn't necessarily the last there is to say about this. In comments on the other blogs, I'm seeing some confusion regarding version numbers, and some reluctance from Fujitsu to actually ship the updated disks. I will post a comment on the Fujitsu blog asking for some clarifications, and report here when there is new information. Meanwhile, I will update the forum thread with the information so far.
