Brent Freidman has released a small update to WHS Mobile, the add-in which allows you to configure your home server with a Windows Phone or iPhone.
WHS Mobile v1.5.3.1 is just a small update for the iPhone client and won’t have any bearing on those that use the Windows Mobile client. This update fixes a bug that crashes the client when many files and folders are loaded into one parent folder. For many people, this was the music and/or photos shares. Another issue that I have fixed with this version is streaming certain mp3s that were being detected as the wrong bitrate. I was working on a re-write of the windows Mobile client as well as a web client for users without an iPhone/iTouch or WM. However, those changes weren’t ready in time for this release.
To upgrade, update your iPhone via the iPhone’s App Store and then uninstall the add-in. You can then install the new version of the add-in.

I have the iPhone 3GS and when I saw the original post on We Got Served for the WHS Mobile ap I went and bought it. Unfortunately the ap never worked for me, even after the latest update. I use the same login and password when I'm logging in via the Internet, but I always get the following error:
"Either the WHS Mobile domain is incorrect, or the domain cannot be contacted."
Any ideas on what I can do to remedy this?
Thanks,
Mark (USA)

try forwarding port 8169 to the ip address of your home server on your router. This is what is recommended on the support web site in regards to the "Either the WHS Mobile domain is incorrect, or the domain cannot be contacted."

I have the app and it works great. One request – allow me to upload any file not just pictures.
