Home Server stalwart Tranquil PC has released a new add-in exclusively for owners of their hardware called Home Server Help.
The add-in provides a link between the home server and Tranquil PC’s support technicians allowing them to resolve issues owners may be having with the product.

This Add In, exclusively for Tranquil PC Home Servers, provides a simple tool to provide a link between your Home Server, and our support technicians.
Tranquil are committed to your peace of mind, when it comes to your Home Server, and the data on it. We know it is valuable to you.
To install the Home Server Help Add In, download it, and save it to the Add Ins folder on your Home Server. Then, open your Home Server Console, and then the Settings option, go to Add Ins / Available Add Ins and then install the Tranquil Home Server Help Add In. Then just follow the on-screen prompts.
Please use only to support your Tranquil Home Server. This tool is not designed to support the client PC.
After the Add In service been used, you can uninstall it if you want to.
