Add-in Update: LightsOut Reaches 1.0

LightsOut, a perennial favorite of WGS readers, has been updated to version 1.0.  A full 1.x version signifying a transition to a mature piece of software.  In addition to several program enhancements, you now have the option to use LightsOut as a free edition, or a paid version.
