Yesterday we unboxed the Linksys Dual-Band Wireless-N ADSL 2+ Modem Gigabit Router (WAG320N) – Cisco’s latest router, which we’ll be reviewing next week. “But wait! Surely we need a dual-band adaptor to test the router’s dual 2.4 and 5 GHz modes!”, I hear you say.
And you know what? You’re right! So it’s fortunate that Cisco also dropped us their Wireless-N USB Network Adapter with Dual-Band, also known as the WUSB600N to search engines everywhere.
This piano-black USB adaptor (yes, I’m British, so am spelling the word correctly) can talk to the WAG320N on both 2.4 and 5GHz to ensure low interference when shifting files a Wireless-N speeds, and of course, is compatible with G, A and B networks too.
A USB Extension cable allows the easy positioning of the adaptor up to 1.5m away from the PC, if you have reception issues around the home. Here’s how it looks out of the box:
Stay tuned for the review next week.

Hey,
Just wondering if you have gotten round to review this yet?
Thanks!

Sorry excuse my previous post. I had the WAG320N router in mind and not the adapter.

Hi Martin
I didn't get a chance to do the review before leaving for a trip to the USA this week to spend time with the WHS team. It's on the agenda to do when I get back. Apologies for the delay, everyone!
