I purchased the new version yesterday but their downloadmanager doesn't work neither do they respond to emails
Sorry but this is no service, I think I will have to ask for a refund.

After a few days I got an email saying that they had received my message and a technician would contact me. Meanwhile the download was fixed, I’m a happy diskeeper 2010 user now

Be careful when you install the registered version over the trialware. Uninstall the trialware in the console first, then delete it from the add-ins folder before adding the registered version.
They didn't respond to me at first…. I had to send a second request for support,a nd finally go thte return message.

Trialware does not un-install. Diskeeper Support SUCKS.
