I wrote this during a period of time when my iPhone&#039;s H.264 playback process was broken after the 2.0 release. Using this program, I was able to convert standard MPEG recordings and watch them on my iPhone, iPod, or really anything that can handle H.264. 
 
It&#039;s a totally free program, and it&#039;s open source. It&#039;s based on the FOSS tmpeg program. If anyone wants to help upgrade or improve it, please do... just e-mail me (address is on the project page) and I&#039;ll add you as a contributor. </description>
