A clean install is required which is the way I would do it anyway. Upgrade saves 100$ to boot. So sweet deal two copies of Win7 Pro in the cart. Oh and it doesn't give you the option of 64 or 32 bit. I just called MS and they say both versions are on the same disc. Nice I really dig 7 and switched all of my PCs that I'm going to switch to 7 already with the RC. Nice stuff.
