Doesn’t work on my Vista Ultimate NL, I already contacted the addin author with the shown errormessages but didn’t get any reaction yet.

Am I right that this doesn’t work with MCE 2005?

That may make me sound like a dinosaur, but my core stuff around here isn’t Vista based. (MCE2005 streaming to MCExtender running on original xboxes – not 360′s)

I’d love to test out this add-in, but I’m not going to register at a site just to get a beta version.

Make it available at WGS or on a site that doesn’t require registration and you’ll get many more users.

I don’t have a media centre, but if I had one, I’d use the add-in right away. What I especially like, is the recording of events, even is the media centre is not connected. That is what you really want with a central device like the WHS. Well done !!

Sorry for the off-topic frustration following now, but there are some commercial add-ins/programs that could really learn from this (Avast for example
