I have a problem, Remote Alert didn't work when Proxy
remote pc access software is installed.
This is a software problem?

hmm. I tried left/right clicking when I was looking at this for the review. I just figured out that “Details” only applies to Log In’s, not Log Off’s. I does work on “Failed”, also.

I also looked but the event log does not store the IP address (possibly why Remote Alert does not show it). However, you can get that from the IIS log files.

Under Remote Alert, if you right click on the log in entry, there is an option for “details” that will show the IP.

I just went thru the Event Log. I saw some log in/log out events under security. Nothing on IP. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place?

Regardless, if available, it would be nice for Remote Alert to include enhanced capabilities that either I noted as well as IP address listings.

I do believe Remote Alert gets all the information from the Windows Event Log. So I would check there for clearing the list and IP information.

You may be correct on the timeout. I simply did not let the terminated session stay that way for that long.

IP addresses: if RA does log IP address, where does it hide this info?

Failed login(s): My bad. Thanks for adding that! As far as security layers, it would be nice to get a confirmation from the author.
