HP MediaSmart Server Owners: Time to Speak Up

HP are seeking the views of MediaSmart Server owners in an online survey published this week.

The MediaSmart team want to  understand how people are using the product and what their experience has been so far.

Josh Peterson, HP’s Director of Home Server Marketing, told us, “We hope to uncover information on what they like, what we could improve on, and maybe even learn about use cases that we had not considered. Our goal is to understand how people have adopted the product into their homes and what they are doing with it.”

A $20 gift card for HP’s online shop is on offer to all who complete the survey at http://www.zoomerang.com/survey.zgi?p=WEB227JSN6NLEY

    HP only wants to hear from those who live in the US, I have not been able to find the survey on the HP sites for Canada.

    I noticed on the WHS team blog they are reporting the same experience
    HP ceetainly didn’t give people much time to share their views!

    Just completed it. Also asks if you want to do a phone survey. If you say yes they ask for your serial number.

    Did anyone get the $20 gift card or the camera/photo printer from the phone survey? I completed both and never received either.

    I took the survey on March 23rd and have not received my free gift. I probably won’t worry too much for a couple more weeks though.
