S1Digital to Launch Windows Home Server Hardware in 2008

Chris Lanier points today to Ian Dixon’s Media Center Show this week, which has an interview with S1Digital’s Paul Heitlinger about their plans for 2008. I bumped into Paul at the Media Center Show dinner in Las Vegas at CES hosted, and he mentioned that S1 were planning to launch Windows Home Server hardware in 2008.

The S1Digital Website has undergone a refresh this week, and Paul revealed on Ian’s show that S1Digital will be releasing both a 1U rack mounted server plus a second home server based Intel’s SS400E Entry Storage Server reference design.
