    Interesting that HP’s response to the the upgradeability of the memory was: “We do not support upgrading the systems’ RAM and there are no DIMM slots free for future upgrades.”
    Several of the pics here clearly show a removable stick of DDR2 RAM, so unless the bios won’t support anything larger (unlikely) it should be possible to upgrade this later on (although admittedly you’d need to replace the current stick as there are no extra slots).

    Interestingly the server had a 3400 Sempron, whereas all the previous specs have shown a 1800 sempron. I’m disappointed if this is the case as I really want a low power system….

    HP was forced to upgrade to CPU so that it could actually stream video when media sharing was enabled. Semprom 1800 just was not enough. Also, it seems they are not shooting for low power system given the hard drive choice is not a low power one.
