Earlier this year, we heard that Iomega would be releasing a Windows Home Server based system – today, they’ve announced that the Iomega HomeCenter Server will be made available in 2008.

Specifications are still waiting to be confirmed, but it appears that the system will ship with 500Gb of storage, but will offer 4 hot swappable drive bays, like the HP Mediasmart Server.
