Avira Announce Support for Windows Home Server with AntiVir

German anti-virus and anti-malware software company, Avira, today announced future support for the Windows Home Server platform.

The new Avira software will be integrated with Windows Home Server and will be easily manageable from the Windows Home Server Console. Avira’s software offers complete protection against malware attacks on files stored on the server through its on-demand and on-access real time scanning features.

No pricing or release dates are available at this point.
