Just make sure you dont back on horse only in the backup race. Cover your offline backup with online backup therefore reducing risk and outsourcing responsibility. I can recomment ibackup.com and www.backupanytime.com the later is multi platform, I am not sure about the former as I only use it in a windows environment.
